Eligible for Refund

  • Technical failures preventing service use within 7 days of payment
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Subscription cancellations within 48 hours of initial purchase (unused credits only)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content results
  • Change of mind after content generation
  • Partial credit usage (credits used cannot be refunded)
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension

Refund Process

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Credit Refunds

Unused credits from subscription plans may be eligible for partial refund under specific circumstances. Used credits cannot be refunded as they represent consumed computational resources.
